This is a best-selling item -- a good quality flogger-style whip at an unusually affordable price. Made from fine black leather, moderately heavy, with about eighteen ½" tails. (We carry other floggers with twice that number of tails.) This is a great item for beginners who may not yet want to commit to the expense of a higher-end flogger. Also available in suede. Perfect First Whip, July 18, 2012
We are really happy with this choice. I introduced it to my partner, blindfolded and bound, by slowly dragging the tips along her torso. Yes, as part of SSC play she knew that this was our latest toy and we had talked in earnest about limits. As the tide of goose pimples shadowed the leather tips I watched her breath become ragged with anticipation. The whip lifted up and began to swing in large circles fanning her and swishing through the air. I slowly lowered it letting the tips, now moving very fast at the outside of a 60 inch cirle, graze over her skin. The wind from this thing swinging through the air must have felt cool. But quickly heated up as the leather swept over her. The sensation was enough to make her sqirm and struggle. A perfect warmup. The fanning tails heated her thighs and brushed between her legs. My pet was on fire. The flogger has a great weight. It was easy to transition from swinging it by the loop to grab the handle and bring it round for a different kind of stroke. I had taken the advice found on other sites and spent some time practicing my strokes before playing with my partner. My control is essential for both of to have a great time in any BDSM play. I brought the flogger down on her thighs. Letting the tips slap the sheet and the weight of it hitting her legs. This helped me to understand how she was going to respond to a more earnest stroke without risking starting out too heavy. The tails on this are thick and sound as good as they feel. These thuddy slaps slowly turned into more of a whipping stroke raising welts on her skin that we saw for a couple days afterward. We played for a couple mroe hours that first night brining the flogger in and out of the scene. This whip is definitely a new favorite in our toy box. As a prop the simple basic black and thick leather can earn plenty of respect. The weight and length are prefect for delivering anything from a teasing stroke to raising sincere welts. I would encourage anyone trying this out for the first time to read, practice, and talk to your partner. That sort of foreplay always makes for the best scenes.
