I see what they were trying to do, but they come off under clothing and with a little bit of foreplay. Perhaps with nipple rings you either have to go the distance and just have them pierced, or resign to the fact that if you wear non-piercing rings they may fall off. The design is cute though, so in situations where there won't be much jumping around or chaffing, they are a great addition to your jewelry set.

The clamping power is not very good. If the balls that hold the chain to your nipple are not straight then the ring will come off easily. If you have small nipples the rings will not hold long either.
