I bought only 2 of these, but plan on buying many more. I'm not sure the last time I wasn't wearing one of the plugs. Sleeping with it in promotes an excellent wake up call !!! Good job, Dr. Love !!! Keep em' up!!!

Everything that it is advertised to do. It is comfortable and can be worn for extended periods without it coming out. The only negative is that it whistles when you withdray it. It is a bit disconcerting, but overal a great buy
