I may not need an extension, But I was able to remove the inside Plastic lining and use it just fine after that. My wife loved it after the lining was removed, It allowed me to get my self inside it.

This is a great toy if you want to add that extra quarter inch or so on your girth. Eight inches is the max my pal can claim. I like this strap because I can get buck without twisting my dick. It's safe and with a condom, they can't tell. Well when I hit it hard, they might catch on. Length = 8” overall Circumference = 5 1/2” at the widest Insertable Length = 5 1/2” insertable, Insertable Width = 1 1/2” at the widest (the shaft gets a little narrower)
