I bought this to spice things up with my husband, he loved his side, he could last longer. The hers side is really strong, almost too much of a cooling tingly sensation. I liked this his and her product better than the other ones I've tried because this is gel not lube so it's not messy. My husband uses his side all the time now, but I only use my side every once in a while because it's really strong feeling. It's a good product for the price.
