While the size and length are adequate (not large), this thing wants to rotate away from the prostate unless you constantly hold it in place.

Works well . My partner works my prostate with this toy as she give me oral . It does hit the spot BUT it will NOT stay it without you or your partner holding it in place . Still a great value .
