I am very picky when it comes to my anal toys and what goes back there. This one has all the things I liked. One is the material, pure silicone. It doesn't harbor any bacteria and you can even boil it for a few minutes to sanitize, which is key when you are dealing with the anal area. The 3 bulbs are just the right size, not for the beginner but won't scare you either. I also like that each bulb has its own little motor. So you can have none to any number of them vibrating for different levels of power. Because it is silicone and you can sanitize you can also use the toy vaginally if you like. I do my kegel exercises with it. It's great!
