How would others rate this product. What makes it so different from other products listed in the shower time category. Is this product mainly for the female or both. Because I would like to be able to also us it on my boy. But from the picture it mainly looks like it is used for just a woman

Wonderful idea! The sponge is thick so it muffles/blocks a lot of the vibration. I prefer more vibration but this would probably work for many. The bullet included is excellent!
