Good Idea, So-So Execution, October 4, 2012

I wanted to try this product for a long time. Luckily when I ordered it, I bought 5. Firstly, although I am African American and have full lips, I can't imagine whose lips the applique is supposed to fit. My guess is a 9 year old, they were so small! I had to fit together 4 bottom lips just to cover my own. Barely! They do last for a few hours but beware the eating and drinking is a misnomer, you have to be extremely careful, they start to peel away since when you chew or drink you create moisture which is fatal to the adhesive. When your lips dry a bit, they will still stay on. After about 5 hours they start to wrinkle because you're talking (not laughing much, they feel as if they'll crack or come off if you do) and start to look a bit ragged. The event I wore them to they didn't last and I had to change back to my regular lipstick. All in all, the idea is good, the size is unrealistic and in it's current state, won't last an entire night on the town. IMHO.
